Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with SiteLogs for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the full purchase amount. No questions asked.

What qualifies for a refund

Any purchase of a SiteLogs lifetime license is eligible for refund within 30 days of the original purchase date — including but not limited to:

How to request a refund

  1. Email us at the address shown on our contact page.
  2. Include your order ID (it appears in the original purchase confirmation email from our payment provider) and the email address you used at checkout.
  3. We will process the refund within 1 business day through our payment provider.
  4. Once the refund is initiated, the funds typically arrive in your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What happens to your license after a refund

When a refund is processed, your license key is automatically deactivated and can no longer be used to unlock SiteLogs on any device. Your local data (visit history, settings, tags, etc.) is not affected — it stays on your device. You can continue to use the extension during the 7-day free trial period if it has not yet ended.

After 30 days

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase are reviewed case by case at our sole discretion. Common cases we typically still refund:

Chargebacks

If you believe a refund is owed, please email us first. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us delays the resolution and incurs additional fees on our side. We commit to processing every legitimate refund request promptly so a chargeback should never be necessary.

Payment provider

Refunds are issued through our Merchant of Record partner. Their processing window adds 1–3 business days on top of our 1-business-day review. The full timeline from your refund request to funds arriving back in your account is typically 5–14 business days.
